Lepolean and Ian delivered my furniture and helped move it into the house. They were both extremely helpful and answered any questions I had. I asked to put felt furniture pads on each item as they brought it inside. Lepolean and Ian were both very patient and accommodating. They gave me great recommendations that helped in my decision making. They both took their time and I didn't feel like they were rushing at all. They did an amazing job and were attentive to detail. I can't say enough good things about them and their service. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you Lepolean and Ian!! You guys were amazing!

We purchased a 6 piece sectional sofa and coffee table plus a king tempurpedic and base. Carolyn was excellent in helping us pick out the right items, getting us a great discount, and arranging same day delivery! We were so happy with our selections that we returned a few days later the pick up two matching end tables. Carolyn helped us again and got us the extra discount! Thank you! We looked everywhere for new living room furniture and didn’t like what we found in other stores. A family member suggested Plymouth Furniture, so we made the drive there and are glad we did. We found exactly what we wanted and didn’t have a salesperson following us around the entire time like they tend to do in other stores. The prices were excellent and delivery/removal of old furniture easy to set up. Salesperson was great to work with and the two men who delivered the furniture, Greg & Even, were professional, friendly, and careful. We would definitely recommend this store to others and will be going back for future furnishing needs.

We could not be happier with our experience at Plymouth Furniture! Being from out of town, I had reached out with a few questions ahead of time that Mike was more than happy answering for us. When we arrived to the store today, Doug was the salesman to help us test out beds. He did a great job listening to our needs and wants in a new mattress and offered excellent things for us to consider that we hadn’t even thought about. We didn’t feel pressured one way or another like you do at other stores. We are beyond excited to have our new Tempur-pedic delivered soon! We will definitely be back for more furniture in the future.

Steve and Matt were amazing for delivery! They had to fit my sectional through a very small turn at the bottom of my stairs. They were innovative and we’re able to move my new sectional! We bought a groovy chocolate two piece sectional in the clearance area and two days later, Danny and Jim delivered it. The whole purchasing process was wonderful, but the delivery guys, Danny and Jim were so polite and kind. I heard "please" and "thank you" from them many times as they entered my home and carefully placed my plush new furniture into my small farm house. This is my second experience buying furniture from Plymouth Furniture and both times we were so happy with everything from the customer service in the store to the quick delivery AND the removal of old furniture. Everybody who works there are just so stinking friendly and nice!

Five stars for Plymouth Furniture and their delivery crew. We bought our livingroom furniture last year and today we had a bed delivered. The sales people(the one I dealt with) was so informative, honest and not pushy. The actual process of financing was easy and quick.Then there's the delivery crew, there were three of them. So so friendly, patient, and I say patient because I kept making them move the bed to center it with wall art haha. And very knowledgeable.I definitely recommend them for all your furniture needs.

Great service all around.Extremely knowledgeable and helpful sales person. Incredibly dedicated delivery team - one of them cut his hand pretty significantly hauling my very heavy couch downstairs. They insisted on finishing with the love seat - even though he essentially had one arm! And very professional - can’t recommend them enough!

I had a really great furniture shopping experience here. I had been here many times in the past, but this was the first time I actually purchased something. Everyone in the clearance department was super helpful and really only stepped in when we asked for help...much appreciated. Checkout was easy and quick too. But the absolute best part of the whole thing was the delivery. I had a dual reclining sofa that needed to be removed, not an easy process. The delivery guys, Tim and (omg I can't remember the other one!) took the couch apart and got it out. Then getting the new couch up into my apartment was almost impossible, but these guys did it. I am super impressed and very satisfied with this experience.

I have purchased 2 sofas from the clearance department. The first sofa, a tan Ashley Signature, survived the 8 years of jumping and fort building from 2 kids...until our puppy decided it was a chew toy. The second sofa, a gray Ashley Signature (newer design) has been with us 6 months thus far and the cushions still feel as firm as they did when we first picked it up. The clearance department had an almost overwhelming amount of options in our price range. I definitely recommend shopping here.

We had a great experience with the entire staff at Plymouth furniture and thought they had a great selection and competitive pricing! The floor sales people were helpful and friendly, the store managers were great in finalizing our order and scheduling the assembly/delivery and then the delivery team was super nice and efficient! We had one minor hiccup in the process and their team made a special trip to resolve it, even though we could have waited. Very impressed!

Great place to shop for furniture you may need for your house. Everything is discounted and very high quality. And on top of all that they have a clearance section where everything is discounted even further. I got a raised platform bed for my son that he picked out. It is an Ashley bed and storage combo normally $1400 from Ashley stores, discounted down to $400. For that price I couldn't pass up the deal to make my 4 year old sons day. He loves the bed and wants to go back to help pick out more furniture for the house. And I want to go back for the great prices.

Paul Kaiser was the nicest sale person I have ever met. We picked a chair we liked and needed two, we had to order. He sent us home with samples so we could see which one we really liked, Helped us order the chairs and told us how we could order an extra yard to make some pillows and foot stools. We purchased a FlexSteel recliner and exactly 1 week after it was delivered the reclining motor stopped working so I called on Saturday morning and they put in a work order for Tuesday. A half hour later Mitchell, the repair and delivery guy called and said he could be here in a few minutes to looks at it. He came and it was decided that it needed a new motor ordered. He called the store and they said they had one they would let us use till it was repaired. He went back and loaded the new one in and brought it to the house, alone, no one to help him lift the chairs in and out. He worked so hard and kept a smile on his face. HE’S A REALLY GREAT EMPLOYEE WHO KNOWS WHAT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE IS! We were given the option of keeping this replacement chair and decided to do that. Thank you Mitchell.

We are from Manitowoc looking for a dining room set. Actually never heard of Plymouth Furniture before now. We looked at WG&R Manitowoc and Sheboygan, we looked at Chilton Furniture and after seeing Plymouth Furniture online we thought let’s take the ride and check the store out. We were both WOWED by all the nice Furniture, just so much to select from. We found exactly what we needed for our small dining room and a excellent price for the table. They have a clearance center that is just as huge as the store, we got 4 matching chairs at clearance price. The quality of material is all we were looking for and a complete set for under $700.00 was way under our budget. The staff was great, quick and helped us a lot. This WILL be our go to store in the future. DONT waste your time driving around searching, go to Plymouth Furniture. Great job, 2 thumbs up.

Received excellent service. Keith was our salesperson and he worked very hard to find just what we were looking for. He even moved a couch next to a chair that we were not sure it matched. It did. Sometimes you have to see things together before you can decide for sure. Picking out furniture is not always easy, but Keith was patient and helped us to the fullest. As to the furniture, it was delivered yesterday and it looks wonderful in our living room.

Spent hours in the store today! Left with everything we needed (queen bed set, king bed set, dresser, headboard, nightstand, frame, and mattress protector). Very pleasant experience! Beautiful selection! You could spend days in there looking around. Every single member of the staff was incredibly attentive and always checking in to see if we needed anything. I don't know how many times today we said, "I'll never shop anywhere else for furniture again" but I lost count. Highly recommend coming here as your first choice. Fantastic furniture, great sales, great staff. Thanks guys!
