If you have purchased the Ultra Shield Fabric Warranty by ServeCo and you have a fabric issue please call them directly at 1 800 818-3229 (Select Option 2) or file your claim online.
If your furniture was purchased in the clearance center there is no warranty but we do service everything we sell. If you need service for your clearance center purchase please call or email us. Please provide us with the date of purchase, invoice number, model number and serial number, manufacturer, what the issue is, the name on the invoice and your telephone number. Service calls are billed at $100/hour, minimum $100. To call the Clearance Center dial (920) 892-6006 then press 3 for the Clearance Center.
If your furniture was purchased in the main showroom of Plymouth Furniture the warranties differ by manufacturer but Plymouth Furniture gives a 1 year warranty against manufacturer defects. This warranty has no deductible, no charge for labor and no charge for parts. Plymouth Furniture in home service area is within 1 hour of the store. If your home is beyond our service area you can bring your furniture to the store for no additional fees. To request service please fill out the form below. Please provide us with the date of purchase, invoice number, model number, serial number, manufacturer, what the issue is, the name on the invoice and your telephone number. To call Plymouth Furniture’s main showroom dial (920) 892-6006 then press 2 for the furniture store. If you already have a service order and need to leave a message for the repair person call (920) 892-6006 ext116. If you already have a work order and need to send photos to our repair person you can text them to (920) 892-6006 please text your name with the photos or email them to: repairs@plymouthfurniturewi.com, please include your name on the email. After you fill out the service request form below we will take your information, look up your invoice see what the manufacturer warranty is and then call you back.
